Oct 12, Kathmandu - Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has launched his official YouTube channel, beginning a new chapter in his decades-long relationship with fans.

Khan announced the channel, titled “Being The Salman Khan,” in an Instagram Story on October 9, 2026. Indian media reported that it attracted more than 14,000 subscribers within about an hour of its launch.

He introduced the channel with a playful video reciting the alphabet from A to Z, suggesting viewers could expect a wide range of content. The launch videos also show Khan playing two roles: an acting instructor and a student. In both, he draws on his signature expressions, delivery and performance style.

Khan has said the channel will also feature entertaining, educational content for children, using acting, physical expression and presentation to help teach younger audiences.

After building a career across film, television and social media, Khan’s move to YouTube has sparked curiosity about what he will share next.
