Sep 10, Kathmandu - In the semi-finals of the ongoing ACC Premier Cup in Malaysia, Nepal secured a remarkable 87-run victory over Oman to advance to the final.

Batting first, Nepal scored 147 runs, with key contributions from Dipendra Singh Airee, who scored 51, and Basir Ahmed, who contributed 47. In reply, Oman struggled against Nepal's spin attack and were bowled out for just 60 runs in 28.1 overs.

Nepal’s Sandeep Lamichhane and Dipendra Singh Airee took three wickets each, while Rohan Poudel and Lalit Rajbanshi took two wickets apiece. With this win, Nepal has also qualified for the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup.

Nepal will now face the United Arab Emirates in the final on Saturday. A victory in the final will secure Nepal's qualification for the Asia Cup.
