Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Expresses Deep Condolences Over Devastating Floods and Landslides in Nepal

Sep 04, Kathmandu - Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed profound grief over the recent devastating floods and landslides in Nepal that caused significant human and material losses.

On Thursday, Prime Minister Sharif visited the Nepali Embassy in Islamabad, where he met with Nepalese Ambassador Reeta Dhital to formally extend his condolences.

According to the Pakistani Embassy in Kathmandu, during the meeting, Prime Minister Sharif paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the natural disaster and expressed sympathy to the grieving families.

He also signed the condolence book at the embassy and left a message of sympathy.

Since the catastrophic floods that struck Nepal on Bhadra 10, the international community has been continuously offering condolences, solidarity, and pledges of relief assistance.
