Ting Ting has already begun offering its cutting-edge products in the Sri Lankan market. The company’s integrated ‘Tingtin Communication Suite’ includes four main products—Connect, Omni, Broadcast, and Agent—all operating on a unified architecture. These solutions enable businesses to enhance reach, automate processes, scale operations, and better understand their customers.
The platform also features ‘Ting Ting Connect,’ which allows data to be stored securely within the company’s infrastructure via on-premise ‘Box’ devices, ensuring operational safety. Additionally, ‘Tingtin Omni’ consolidates customer communication across multiple digital channels such as WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Webchat, and SMS into a single inbox. ‘Tingtin Broadcast’ facilitates the delivery of automated voice calls with notifications and reminders to thousands of customers simultaneously.
A key highlight is ‘Ting Ting Agents,’ which enables direct customer interaction in local languages and seamlessly transfers conversations to human agents when needed. All services are currently available in Nepali, English, and Sinhala, with rapid development underway for Tamil and Sinhala (Sri Lankan) voice models to further enhance voice-based functionalities.
This partnership marks a significant step for Ting Ting as it aims to strengthen its presence in Sri Lanka and beyond, leveraging advanced AI-driven communication solutions to empower businesses in the region.
