Jul 21, Kathmandu - The government is now transforming every registered citizen into a millionaire through a new daily savings and investment initiative. Citizens registered under the Value Added Tax (VAT) and Permanent Account Number (PAN), who make online or cash payments exceeding 100 rupees and receive a bill, are eligible to participate in this scheme.

From now on, whenever you purchase items worth more than 100 rupees or pay at a hotel or restaurant, ensure you receive an official bill. The bill number itself will be your ticket to wealth. The "Millionaire Plan" will be announced every month on the 16th and at the end of the month (biweekly). Stay vigilant and keep your receipts — your journey to becoming a millionaire starts with small everyday transactions!
