Jun 12, Kathmandu - A tragic bus accident in Kavre has resulted in 15 people being injured and rushed to the hospital. The incident occurred on Friday when a bus, bearing the license plate BA 3 KHA 8398, traveling from Banepa to Kharpachok, Roshi Rural Municipality, met with an accident.

Chief District Officer (CDO) of Kavre, Gopal Kumar Adhikari, confirmed that the injured have been rescued and transported to Dhulikhel Hospital. Some bodies have also been recovered from the scene. However, the exact number of fatalities remains unclear as rescue operations are still ongoing, according to CDO Adhikari.
