May 26, Kathmandu - The Shram Sanskriti Party has issued a directive requiring the mandatory use of Chairman Harka Sampang’s photograph in all their program materials and promotional activities.  

According to a letter from Koshi Province chair Pratap Rai and Secretary Dipak Timilsina, all programs held within districts, metropolitan cities, sub-metropolitan cities, municipalities, wards, and local neighborhoods under the jurisdiction of Province No. 1 must prominently feature the image of the esteemed labor father, Chairman Harka Sampang, in banners and promotional content.  

This move emphasizes the party’s respect and recognition for President Sampang’s contributions to the labor movement.
