Apr 28, Kathmandu - Nepali Communist Party (NCP) leader Bhim Rawal has emphasized the importance of empowering youth in leadership roles within Sudurpashchim Province. Rawal stated that the responsibility of provincial coordinators should be entrusted to young individuals rather than elders.

Following the party’s announcement of provincial coordinators on Monday, Rawal was assigned the responsibility for Sudurpashchim Province. However, Rawal expressed his views on social media, saying, “In all provinces, youth should be given the responsibility of coordinators. It doesn't seem appropriate to give elders the responsibility in Sudurpashchim. It is more suitable to assign young people as coordinators there.”

Rawal’s stance highlights a push for greater youth representation in party leadership at the provincial level.
