Misuse of Fuel in the Name of Vehicles Burned During the Gen-Z Movement

Apr 28, Kathmandu - Minister for Health and Population Nisha Mehta has directed to investigate the fuel misuse taking place within the ministry and take action against those involved.

After it was revealed that employees were taking fuel in the name of vehicles that were burnt during the 'Gen-Z' movement, Minister Mehta has directed the Ministry's Administrative Secretary Dilliram Sharma to investigate.

A total of 24 vehicles, 18 of which belonged to the Ministry of Health and six belonging to other bodies under the ministry, were burnt during the movement.

Minister Mehta took strict action after it was found that employees were taking fuel facilities by showing the details of the same vehicles that were completely damaged and rendered inoperable.
