Apr 27, Kathmandu - Nepal secured a bronze medal in the women's kabaddi event at the 6th Asian Indoor Games held in Sanya, China.
In the semifinals, Nepal was defeated by Sri Lanka with a score of 46-43. In the other semifinal, India defeated Bangladesh.
India went on to win the gold medal by beating Sri Lanka 47-31 in the final. Sri Lanka took the silver medal, while Bangladesh earned the bronze.
