Apr 24, Kathmandu - The police have arrested Narayan Sarsami, the acting chairman of the United National Slum Dwellers' Front. He was taken into custody by the police on Friday morning, it was reported.
The police had only asked the slum dwellers in Thapathali, Sinamangal and other areas to evacuate by using microphones around the Bagmati River on Thursday evening.
