Apr 21, Kathmandu - In a courtesy meeting held on Monday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singha Durbar, S. Paul Kapur, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, discussed various aspects of mutual relations with Nepali Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal.
