Apr 19, Kathmandu - Israeli forces reported the death of a soldier in clashes that erupted in southern Lebanon on Sunday. The skirmish also left nine others injured, with one in critical condition. Since the start of a 10-day ceasefire announced by the United States on April 17, two Israeli soldiers have lost their lives in southern Lebanon.
Israeli military officials confirmed that one soldier was killed in the previous day’s violence, raising the total number of Israeli casualties to 15 amid ongoing hostilities with Hezbollah.
Meanwhile, in Lebanon, an attack on peacekeepers resulted in the death of a French soldier, with three others injured. The conflict continues to escalate, causing significant casualties on both sides.
