Apr 07, Kathmandu - The United States Embassy in Kathmandu has announced open applications for the ‘Youth Council Nepal’ (YUC) 2026 session. The program targets students and young professionals aged 20 to 30 who are in the early stages of their careers.

Under the theme ‘Skill, Build, Launch,’ the initiative aims to foster leadership development, practical skills enhancement, and professional capacity building. Selected participants will receive training in business communication, digital marketing, personal branding, job search strategies, LinkedIn optimization, and AI-assisted resume building.

Having been running for the past 14 years, this program has benefited over 700 youth across Nepal. The embassy states that it provides young people with opportunities to contribute positively to their communities, expand professional networks, and collaborate with industry experts.

The last date to apply is May 5, 2026. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the official YUC Nepal website.
