Apr 06, Kathmandu - The Supreme Court has concluded the arguments in the writ petition filed by former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and former Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak.
The joint bench of Justices Binod Sharma and Sunil Kumar Pokharel is preparing to write the order after the arguments from both the government attorney and the writ petitioner.
The order has been prepared after the reply arguments from the writ petitioner. The hearing on the writ petition began on Sunday Chaitra 22.
On Monday, Deputy Attorney Generals Sanjiv Raj Regmi, Lokraj Parajuli, Khemraj Gyawali, Uddhav Prasad Pudasaini and Deputy Attorney General Shanti Neupane argued in defense of the government.
