Mar 31, Kathmandu - The Federal Parliament Secretariat has informed that President Ram Chandra Poudel has called for a session of the Federal Parliament.

The General Secretary of the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Padma Prasad Pandey, has issued a notice informing the members of both the House of Representatives and the National Assembly that the session has been called and has requested them to be present at the specified time.

The notice states that President Poudel has called for a session of both the houses of the federal parliament at 2 pm on Thursday, Chaitra 19, 2082 BS, in accordance with Article 93 (1) of the Constitution.

It is stated that the meeting of the House of Representatives will be held in the Multi-Purpose Hall located at the site of the Federal Parliament Building under construction, and the meeting of the National Assembly will be held in the National Assembly Hall at Singha Durbar.
