Mar 30, Kathmandu - Fifteen middlemen have been arrested from the Ekantakuna Transport Office in Lalitpur.
They were arrested by a team from the Satdobato Police Circle.
Police have stated that they will be charged if further investigation is found to establish grounds for filing a case against them.
