Mar 29, Kathmandu - The case against the Attorney General's Office's decision to amend the charge sheet against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane for money laundering and organized crime will now be presented to the full bench.

A bench of Justices Binod Sharma and Abdul Aziz Musalman has ordered the case to be sent to the full bench.

Advocates Dinesh Tripathi, Abhas Regmi, Yubaraj Poudel and others had filed a writ petition stating that the amendment of the charge sheet was against the prevailing law.
