Missing Helicopter from Mustang Sparks Search Operation

Mar 27, Kathmandu - A helicopter operated by Mustang Helicopter Pvt. Ltd. has gone missing since Friday afternoon. The aircraft lost contact at approximately 1:30 PM. According to Nepal Civil Aviation Authority spokesperson Gyanendra Bhul, the helicopter with the call sign 9N-ANO, which was flying from Lapcha Chariikot in Dolakha, is currently untraceable.

The helicopter, piloted by Captain Suraj Thapa, was carrying five people including the pilot. Further details about the incident are yet to be disclosed. The helicopter had departed from Kathmandu earlier in the morning heading towards Dolakha.

Authorities are actively searching for the missing helicopter, and updates will follow as more information becomes available.
