Mar 26, Kathmandu - Sunsari-1 MP and newly elected Member of Parliament Harkaraj Rai, Charman of the Shram Sanskriti Party, has announced his commitment to play a constructive opposition role in the federal parliament. Speaking at the oath-taking ceremony of newly elected MPs at the Parliament House in Singha Durbar today, Rai emphasized his dedication to providing both critical support and creative collaboration to the government.
"We will question the government, hold it accountable, and also offer constructive cooperation. Our role as opposition will always be positive, aimed at supporting the government and the nation," Rai stated.
Rai, who was elected from Sunsari-1, also pledged to work tirelessly to ensure access to clean drinking water across the country, highlighting his focus on public welfare and national development.
