Protests Erupt in Kathmandu Demanding Justice for Inisha BK Murder Case

Mar 21, Kathmandu - Demonstrations continued in Kathmandu on Saturday, demanding strict action against those involved in the murder of Inisha BK.

Led by various organizations, the protest took place at Maitighar in Kathmandu, calling for justice for Inisha BK and urging authorities to ensure the safety of girls.

Participants held placards with slogans such as "Deliver justice to the victim," "Protect our daughters," "Severe punishment for rapists," and "There is no peace without justice."

The Nepal Gold and Silver Business and Blacksmiths' Struggle Committee (or Struggle Committee) also joined the protests to show solidarity for justice.

Inisha BK was found dead in a community forest in Birendranagar, Surkhet. Authorities have reportedly taken statements from the accused involved in the case, and the investigation is said to be in its final stages.
