Mar 13, Kathmandu - Members of the Nepalese Association of Financial Journalists (NAFIJ) will get a 20 percent discount at the Urology and Kidney Hospital. An agreement regarding the discount was signed between NAFIJ and the hospital on Thursday.
The agreement was signed by NAFIJ President Menuka Karki and Hospital President Shiva Kumar Katwal. According to this agreement, NAFIJ members will get a 20 percent discount on all services provided by the hospital. NAFIJ President Menuka Karki said that this agreement was made to ensure the health of journalists who write news. NAFIJ President Karki said that along with enhancing the capacity of its members, NAFIJ is also working in the health sector.
According to this agreement, NAFIJ members will get this facility for a period of one year. On the occasion of the agreement, Hospital President Katwal said that everyone should be aware and get tested in advance as the kidney problem is known only after it worsens by 70 percent.
Free kidney test for 50 members
Meanwhile, free kidney tests have been conducted for 50 members of NAFIJ on the occasion of World Kidney Day. Doctors at the hospital tested the kidneys of Nafiz members for free and informed them about their kidney condition.

Therefore, Nafiz members were tested for free today and are guaranteed a 20 percent discount on services provided by the hospital in the coming days, informed Nikesh Khatri, general secretary of Nafiz.
