Mar 13, Kathmandu - A woman has been found dead in Baitadi district. The incident occurred near Jhulaghat on the Mahakali Riverbank in Darchula Municipality-8.

The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old Deepa Mahar, a resident of India who was staying in her maternal home in Darchula Municipality-8, Baitadi. 

According to District Police Office spokesperson Inspector Suraj Singh, her body was discovered Thursday morning and has been kept at the district hospital for examination. The police are currently investigating the incident.
