Mar 10, Kathmandu - Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal held a courtesy meeting with Chinese Ambassador Zhang Maoming at his office. During the meeting, discussions focused on the bilateral relations between Nepal and China, as well as various areas of mutual cooperation.

Home Minister Aryal expressed his wishes for the successful tenure of Ambassador Zhang and conveyed confidence that the relationship between the two neighboring countries would reach new heights. He also thanked China for its ongoing support towards Nepal’s socio-economic development and emphasized the importance of continued aid in the future.

The Minister highlighted the need for cooperation in sectors such as telecommunications and cybercrime to address emerging challenges effectively. Ambassador Zhang expressed gratitude to the Nepalese government for successfully conducting the recent general elections and reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening bilateral ties through all possible efforts.
