Feb 26, Kathmandu - In anticipation of upcoming elections, the Ministry of Home Affairs has announced a three-day public holiday. The ministry issued a notice today confirming holidays on Falgun 20, 21, and 22.
Previously, the Election Commission had recommended to the Prime Minister's Office to grant three days of leave. Following this recommendation, the Cabinet approved the decision to observe the holidays.
In accordance with the Cabinet's decision, the Ministry of Home Affairs officially released the notice today, allowing citizens to prepare and participate in the electoral process without work-related concerns.
