Young Philanthropist Celebrates 31st Birthday by Donating Warm Clothes to Students with Special Needs

Nov 04, Kathmandu - On his 31st birthday, social worker Rupesh Lechharbo from Phungling Municipality Ward 10, Furumbu, has generously donated warm clothing to students with special needs.

Lechharbo provided the clothing to students studying at Bal Mandir Basic School in Phungling Municipality Ward 4. Instead of spending on a birthday celebration, he chose to cut down on unnecessary expenses and offer support to students with different abilities.

He stated that the donation aims to support the students' education, which, although progressing normally, still needs encouragement. The young philanthropist handed over approximately one lakh Nepali rupees worth of warm clothes along with a one-time Tiffin meal.

Currently, 83 students are enrolled at Bal Mandir School. Lechharbo’s generous act highlights the spirit of giving back and supporting education for children with special needs.
